Skills improvement can be done by opening a Vocational High School with majors that are in high demand, such as beauty, culinary, automotive, electrical engineering, and others. If the special autonomy budget also goes to vocational schools, it will improve the welfare of the community. Because vocational high school graduates are more ready to work.

So Papuan youths not only want to become private employees or civil servants but also become reliable business people.
